We are very happy to offer special orders as a service. Special orders allow you to customize your fabric or finish and can often be done without extra charges. We love to allow you to make a unique expression in your home! Because a special order is well... special, we cannot allow cancellations or returns of specially ordered items. We know that for some decorating a home is difficult. Sometimes there is a need to see something in your home to know if it truly "works". We do allow stock items to be taken "on approval" for 48 hours. We require that all "on approval" merchandise be picked up and brought back by the customer, we do not deliver items "on approval". Any returns for items that were not taken "on approval" will be subject to restocking charges, and also must be returned within 24 hours. We do not accept returns for non stock, special order items. We also do not allow returns of mattress sets.
